Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands. The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool. You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right. The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different areas of the estate. Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters. Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
